Run Forest Run: Start running in the forest

Visit our 3,2,1 km running routes to get started, and sign up for an email programme designed by personal trainer Clare Darlington to provide you with inspiration, training exercises and distractions to help motivate you as you get up and running in the forest.

Lacing up your shoes and running on the busy streets or in a crowded gym can be daunting. There’s no privacy, no fresh air, and let’s face it, it can be pretty dull.

But in the forest it’s a different story. You’ll experience complete privacy on uninterrupted runs, clean outdoor air to keep your body and brain happy, and stunning scenery which never repeats itself.

For those new to running, we’ve built a series of introductory 3,2,1 km routes, and worked closely with personal trainer Clare Darlington to provide you with the very best free introductory programme to get you running in the forest.
